How Do I Change My Username, Email Address or Password?

Click on Settings at the top right corner of your My Home page. Next, click on My Account. From there you will be able to change your personal information.

I Cant Remember My username and/or Password. How Can I Find It Again?

Click on the Forgot Password link the homepage of the site or enter your email address in the Forgot Your Password box on the login page. An email will automatically be sent to that email address with the information you need to log into your profile.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. However, please note that deleting your account will destroy everything such as subscription, profile, your favorites, your blocked members, your money, billing information, invoices and so on. Be careful, this information is not recoverable!

How can I see who has favorited me, viewed my profile or sent a message to me?

To see a list of members who have favorited your profile, begin by logging into your profile and looking to the navigation panel at the right side of the Home page. Click on You to see a list of notifications and members who have favorited your profile or have visited your profile. We will email you these activities each time, unless you unsubscribe from mailing list.If a member has favorited your profile, you will also be alerted at the Notification tab at the top of each page.

Are the messages I send to other members anonymous?

Yes. We preserve your privacy by delivering your messages through our system. None of your personal information (e.g., real name, email address, date of birth) is divulged to other members. You may choose to do so at your own discretion.

Can I include my personal email address as part of my message to another member?

Yes, but you do not have to do so. You may instead message one another exclusively through the site for the sake of anonymity.

How can I chat with other members?

You may only chat with members who are currently online. To view is member is online, You will need to send a message and in the message page if the member is online you will see their username along with this icon on the left side.

How do I block a member from contacting me?

To prevent a member from contacting you, begin by viewing his or her profile and clicking the Block Messages Icon button on the top left of their profile. Should the member attempt to contact you again, the member will see the following message displayed: This member has blocked you. If you believe a member has violated the Terms of Service regarding offensive or harassing comments toward you, you may also report a concern to our team in addition to blocking the member. To send a report, click the Report a Concern link found at the bottom of the member's profile.

How do I know if I have new messages in my inbox?

If you receive a new message, you will be alerted in several ways such as (1) sending you an email notification, (2) sending you a push notification whenever you login to the website and we indicate your notification by having the number of notifications in your navigation bar like this: 1

If you wish not to receive email notification, you may disable it in your Settings page, Email Notifications and from there you can disable it.

How do I send a message?

To send a message to a member, begin by accessing the member's profile. At the top right of the member's profile, click the button to compose a new message.

How do I unblock a member?

I you block a member, they wont be able to contact you and you wont be able to see them in the newest member tab. However, you can access them in the search results but you cannot send them a message unless you remove them from your Blocked Members' List in your Settings. Same true, if they have blocked you. To remove them from your Blocked Members' List you will need to go to your Setting, Blocked Members and you can click on button.

What if I write members and do not receive responses?

While there is no certain answer to this question, there could be any number of reasons for this. Consider purchasing a Premium Membership to ensure that all of your recipients can read your message. A member may not be responding because they have not been active on the site for a while; perhaps they found someone or have been too busy. Another possibility is that the member may not be interested in replying.

How can I control which email notifications I receive?

When you Join us, you will automatically receive email notifications by default. To opt-in or opt-out from email notifications, click on your setting , then click on Email Notification link on th right menu. You can un-check or check the checkboxes next to each section.

What is the News Feed or Promotion?

The News Feed provides you with up-to-date information regarding your profile, as well as other activity on the site including new members who may be of interest to you. You can opt-in or opt-out from News Feed in your Email Notification.

How do I change my email username, e-mail address or password?

Click on your Settings on top right corner of any page in your navigation, you will be redirected to My Account tab on the menu of your setting and from there you will see the fields populated with your information where you can change any information and click on update to finally update it in our database.

I can't remember my username and/or password. How can I find it again?

Click on the Forgot Password? link on the homepage or login page and enter your email address in the Forgot your password? box. You must enter the email address associated with your profile. An email will automatically be sent to that address with the information you need to log into your profile.

What is the map and why there isn't more than certain kilometers to find a match?

When you enter your location and wait for couple of moments, Google API will try to find your location based on your current location (if you allow location finder in your browser), or based on what you type in your location field. Pay a close attention to your location because member will try to search members based on specifically by location.

Why there isn't more than 3500 kilometers distance to find a match based on my location?

Your location is mainly for other users to be able to find you. However if you think you are willing to find members from anywhere in the world and willing to relocate or they think they can be relocated, you can use advanced search to find the best match, but we think now, 3500 kilometers radius is more than enough to find a specific match.

How do I upload photos?

To upload photos, begin by logging into your profile and clicking Profile at the top right of the page, which is either male icon or female icon Next, click the Edit Your Profile and on the Add Profile Photos tab you can upload your photos up to 5 photos. You can also drag and drop your photos into that panel. Please note the Guidelines provided on the Upload your Photo page.

How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 5 photos. This isn't Instagram so we think 5 of your best photos can be sufficient to attract members to click on your profile. Other members usually don't bother looking at 4 photos or more.

How many megabyte each photo should be?

Each photo should be at most 5 megabyte and no more.

What is a primary photo and how can I add one?

Primary photo is the photo chosen by you to be displayed as a default photo next to your username and information whenever a member tries to search you or see you among other members. You can apply and add one when any of your photo has been approved by our team, you can then click on icon on bottom left side of each photo to add it.

How can I delete a photo?

To delete any photo click on icon on side of each photo to delete it.

Why should I add my photo?

Other members are much more likely to view your profile or respond to winks and messages if you include your photo. It's not a big deal and no body is going to bite you!

How do I purchase a Premium Membership?

Begin by creating your free member profile, confirming your email and logging in. Then click on click on your setting section on your navigation bar. From there you may select My Subscription and purchase a Premium Membership package.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund you will need to cancel your subscription by navigating to your setting and clicking on Cancellation and click on Yes, Cancel, I'm Sure red button. Please note that clicking on cancellation button won't automatically refund you and it will only cancel your next payments and put you in the Grace Period. If you want to get a refund you need to contact us via Contact page with the refund subject within 14 days. You need to allow 3 days for your email and refund to be processed or you will lose your refund.

How do I view or change my subscription plan?

Go to your setting and click on My Subscription, from there you can view your subscription plan or you can change it. If you have cancelled your subscription completely you will need to create one and subscribe to a plan. if you have cancelled your subscription and you are in your Grace Period You can continue your subscription there.

How do I view or edit my billing information?

Go to your setting and click on Credit Card, you can update your credit card information there.

In the event I purchase a yearly or half-yearly Premium Membership package and wish to end my subscription before my Premium Membership expires, can I receive a refund for the balance of Premium Membership time remaining?

No. does not pro-rate your subscription. Should you choose to end your Premium Membership or delete your profile, you will also have elected to forfeit the remaining time of your subscription. You will not be reimbursed for the remaining subscription period.

What is a Premium Membership?

Purchase of a Premium Membership grants a member access to several additional features of the site. Premium Members may:

  • Read and reply to all mail sent to them from any member
  • Send message to any member and receive replies
  • Initiate chat with any members online
  • Perform Advanced Searches on the Search Profiles page

What is Auto-Renew?

The Auto-Renew feature automatically renews your Premium Membership on a on a chosen interval membership plan basis once your initial Premium Membership period expires. Auto-Renew will charge your credit card each month at a reduced rate following the expiration of your initial Premium Membership term. Auto-Renew continues renewing your Premium Membership until it is cancelled. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before your current Premium Membership term expires in order to avoid being charged for an additional renewal. By default Auto-Renew is applied to your subscription plan until cancellation.

When my Premium Membership expires, will I still be able to send and receive messages?

When your Premium Membership expires, you will no longer be able to send messages. You will still be able to receive and reply to messages sent to you by Premium Members.

How do I delete my profile?

You can delete your self by navigating to your setting and clicking on Delete Account on the bottom right side of the menu. You cannot delete your account as a Premium Member. If you wish to delete your account first you need to cancel your subscription plan. Please note these factors before deleting your account:

  • Deleting your account will not refund your money.
  • Deleting your account will destroy your subscription and plan altogether.
  • if you delete your account while you are subscribed to a plan and later if you create another profile, you have to create another subscription and pay again.
  • if you delete your account and if you are a Premium Member, your membership will be lost. Instead of deleting your profile you may elect to Hide it, making it visible to you but not to other members.

How do I hide my profile?

To hide your profile from other members, begin by logging into your profile and clicking the setting tab near the top right of the page. Next, click on My Account, if you're not already in it then from here, you can change your visibility settings. Once Hidden, your profile will not be visible to other members. You may still edit your profile, and Premium Members may continue to send mail. Members will also be able to reply to any messages you have sent them. While you are Hidden, members who have received mail from you will only be able to view your gender, age, and location. Members whose profiles you view while Hidden will not be able to see that you have viewed their profile. Additionally, you will not appear on the list of online members available for chat.

How do I update my profile?

To update your profile, begin by logging into your profile and clicking the setting at the top right of the page. Next, click the My Account, if you're not already in it and change your details. When you have finished editing, please remember to click the Update profile at the bottom of the page. Please note that some edits will be reviewed for compliance with our guidelines. Until the review process is complete, your updates will not be visible to other members.

Why is my profile not appearing in Search results?

Once you have created your profile, there are two reasons why it might not appear in the Search results:

  • Your profile is hidden. To Unhide your profile, click Change visibility on your My Account page.
  • Your profile has not yet been approved by our Quality Control team. Profiles need to be approved before being visible to other members. The approval process is typically completed in under 24 hours. You may view the approval status of your profile at the top of your My Profile page.

How should I begin my correspondence with a member?

Communication should begin via messaging or use of favorite button. When meeting new people, we recommend you have an open mind, nevertheless, we recommend you be wary of odd behavior or inconsistencies. The person at the other end may not be who or what he or she says. Trust your instincts.

Should I exercise caution?

Of course, like any other new situation we recommend you make thoughtful and informed decisions. Guard against trusting the untrustworthy. New contacts must earn your trust gradually, through consistently honorable and forthright behavior. Take all the time you need to test for a trustworthy person and pay careful attention along the way. If you suspect someone is lying, he or she probably is so act accordingly. We advise you act responsibly about romance and not become prematurely intimate with someone, even if that intimacy only occurs online. If you mutually decide to cross the point of no return, be smart and protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases.

Should I request a photo?

A photo will give you a good idea of the person's appearance, which may prove helpful in achieving a gut feeling. In fact, it's best to view several images of someone in various settings: casual, formal, indoor and outdoors. If all you hear are excuses about why you can't see a photo, consider they have something to hide. We offer free photo scanning services to our members so there is no reason someone shouldn't be able to provide you a photo.

Should I speak with another member on the phone?

A phone call can reveal a lot about person's communication and social skills. Consider your security and do not reveal your personal phone number to a stranger. Try a cell phone number instead, or use local telephone blocking techniques to prevent your phone number from appearing in Caller ID. Only furnish your phone number when you feel completely comfortable.

What should make me wary?

We recommend you be wary of the following: displays of anger; intense frustration; attempts to pressure or control you; passive-aggressive behavior; demeaning or disrespectful comments; physically inappropriate behavior; inconsistent information about age, interests, appearance, marital status, profession, employment; failure to provide direct answers to direct questions. If you feel that a member is in violation of our Terms of Service, you may report the violation by clicking the Report a Concern link at the top and bottom of a member's profile.

When is the right time to disclose my email address and/or phone number?

All correspondence between our site members takes place through our double-blind system, ensuring your true identity is protected until you decide to reveal it. Never include your last name, email address, home address, phone number, place of work or any other identifying information in your profile or initial messages. Start slowly, develop a rapport and, when and if you feel comfortable, feel free to offer your personal email address and/or phone number.

When should I meet face to face?

The beauty of meeting and relating online is that you can collect information gradually, later choosing whether to pursue the relationship in the offline world. You never are obligated to meet anyone, regardless of your level of online intimacy. Even if you decide to arrange a meeting, you always have the right to change your mind. It is possible your decision to keep the relationship at the anonymous level is based on a hunch that you can't logically explain. Trust yourself and your instincts.

Where should we first meet?

On your first date, we advise you meet in a safe place and tell a friend where you are going and when you will return. Leave your date's name and telephone number with your friend. How do I search for other members?

We have different kinds of search. In navigation tab if you click on the button you can search age by typing numbers, search username or location by typing it. We also have advanced search options when you login to your profile. Premium Members may also perform Detailed Searches, expanding the search criteria to include any of the attributes displayed on a member profile. You may also save searches to be run again quickly at a later date.

I have registered while ago but I cannot login?

There are many reasons why you are not able to login:

  • You did not confirm your email within one week of your registration
  • You have deleted your account
  • We have deleted your account because of violations and the reasons we have explained you why we have deleted your account
  • You forgot your username
  • You forgot your password

If you have forgotten your email, you can contact us and we try our best to help you recover your details only if none of the options above applies to you.. Please note than your password has been encrypted with the strongest hashing algorithm and nobody but yourself can help you access it.
